When I discovered my biggest blessing in the darkest hours of our planet

Updated: Apr 1, 2020

On this day, when the Global Pranic community is celebrating the Mahasamadhi event of our revered Guru and teacher Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, I feel blessed and privileged to be part of this wonderful community. Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. He was born in Cebu, Philippines.

His relentless search for spiritual truths beyond the accepted realities, balanced with a degree in Chemical Engineering and with his business acumen, has led thousands worldwide and from all works of life to experience and learn the principles of Modern Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, and his other esoteric teachings and their practices. He authored more than 20 books and taught over 20 different courses, which continue to be taught by licensed instructors in many countries. Master Choa Kok Sui also founded and funded several charitable foundations.

Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of healing that uses prana (life force) to balance the energy body. It is simple but powerful ‘No-touch and No-drug’ healing system that has its foundation on the premise that the body can heal itself. This process is accelerated by cleansing and increasing life force where needed.

Pranic Healing is no magic. It is all about channeling your inner energy in the direction of the Divine. The practices, virtues and the teachings are so rational and practical in approach.

The objective of Pranic Healing is not to thwart the medical science but to complement and supplement it. Pranic Healing works on the principle of correspondence between the gross physical body and the energy body. What is amazing to know is that Pranic Healing is not a new science, it has its deep roots in the ancient healing sciences. Master Choa Kok Sui brought it to the modern world in a scientific way.

I discovered this alternative well-being methodology in 2016 when I was passing through one of the challenging phases of my life. Because of some ignorance and pessimistic attitude towards life, I was playing with my health, not realising the grave consequences it will cause to me one day. My husband pushed me to attend few healing sessions so that I could be rescued well in time and put on a path. Though reluctant initially, I experienced it for the first time and the impossible happened. I stopped taking medicines and started living a medicine free life. It was a great realisation in my life that medicines do heal but symptomatically and not holistically.

The real magic happened in Jan 2019, when my husband and one of my close associates Sriharsh Vaidya impelled me to join the basic pranic healing course. I lacked confidence in myself at that time but their resolute belief and faith in me propelled me to go for it. I rediscovered myself that day. I was no longer the same and profound changes started happening on both the physical as well as the spiritual level. Since then, there is no looking back. I have done five major certifications till date and geared up for more. Further I have been continuously attending various nurturing sessions on Full Moon Meditations, Arhatic Intentisive and more conducted by The Center for Pranic Healing Pune.

What Pranic Healing has given me is a new lease of life and a purpose which my soul always cherished and celebrated. It is a divine feeling when you heal other people and become instrumental not only in their physical vitality but also in their spiritual growth.

In the wake of Covid 2019, when the whole world is reeling under the pain and agony caused by the said pandemic, I feel blessed to be the student of this science. As it being a ‘No-touch and No-drug’ therapy, one can be a divine channel to heal the affected people and moreover, the spiritual practices and meditations followed by the world pranic healing community, can definitely be instrumental in the disintegration of this deadly virus from our planet. It’s a great lesson we have learnt in the form of a calamity and we all need to take it is a blessing in disguise so that we can improve further and realise our real purpose and path in life. We must fight it together and come out victorious by respecting the nature and its sacrosanct laws.

With this write-up of mine, I want to pay obeisance to my beloved Master, My Holy and Spiritual Guru for choosing me as his disciple on the glorious path and my teachers and instructors on this beautiful journey of Pranic Healing, namely, Ms. Leena Khanke, Mr. Vijay Khanke, Ms. Hemal Shah and Master faith.

I feel extremely grateful to all the people in my life who always motivated and encouraged me to do better and better in life; be it my mother-in-law (Ms. Vinod Bansal), my parents (Sh. Gopal Krishan Goyal and Mrs. Veena Goyal, my husband (Mr. Chetan Bansal), my brother (Nikhil Goyal), my children (Shreyas and Swastik), my bhabhi (Mrs. Ritu Jindal), and my spiritual buddies, namely, Ruby Gupta, Manisha Singh, Meenakshi Raina, Anand Patwa, Vishal Kale, Sulekha Chandra, Sudarshan Pukale, Parineeta Singh, Pragati Desai, Anushree Patil, Trupati Rukari, Aruna aunty, Disha Shah, Dr. Ganapathy, Neeta Di, Varsha, Asha Lakhani aunty, Komal, Kirti, Sukanya, and many more.

Hare Krishna!
